All plug sockets hanged out the hall, unsure if the stairs had ever been hoovered, very noise from non residents, also the room we in had someone looking in our room from the roof from a no entry door in the hotel, never felt fully safe wouldn’t leave bags

My stay at the boutique hotel was very good. It was only three minutes from the train station, which was exactly what I was looking for. The location was beautiful, right next to a stunning Gothic cathedral, and the hotel itself was easy to find. Once inside, the staff was very professional and welcoming. They directed us to the elevator (lift) to reach the fifth floor; however, the elevator only went up to the fourth floor, so we had to climb one additional flight of stairs. The room itself was very nice, and overall I had a great experience. I would definitely stay there again for a few more nights if needed.
