Friendly staff at check in. No elevator and we had to climb 5 flights of stairs with 7 large suitcases and 2 senior adults. Heaters didn’t work. Most outlets didn’t work. Hot water didn’t work in one shower. Appreciates Bag storage after check out!

Positives first: fantastic location and of course a good price. Negatives: the online check-in is all a bit pointless when you end up having to go through the whole process anyway on arrival. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt that there was a better breakfast selection in the earlier hours, but you’ll be disappointed if you get up late. Don’t expect the room to look like the photos. Just a guide, if you are a light sleeper and want to sleep beyond 8:40 then the church bells will wake you up on Saturday & Sunday.

overall, the location is great being close to the main train station and the cathedral. the room itself was clean and comfortable. the area is kind of meh but there are a lot of dining options. overall, it was a great experience, the staff was very helpful. i would stay here again.

The hotel is close to the Dom. That is the only good thing. It is run down, dirty, smelled of smoke and the noise from the street was unbelievably loud. It was like spending the night in a night club with music blasting, people talking and pounding on doors. Although the breakfast was good, the woman who worked in the breakfast room was rude. Also, there was no stopper for the bath. When we asked for one, we were simply told there isn't one. I would never stay there again.

There is NO AC, it was very very very hot in the room, we could not sleep at all - and it was only mild temperatures outside. No fridge, no fan, no closet. The toilet water was leaking. The cleaning lady was amazing; however the reception staff (especially the older lady) was very unfriendly, rude and had an attitude. She made me feel like I am bothering her by asking a question. I will absolutely not stay there ever again.

Constant smell of smoke, no service

Room was clean, but the constant cigarette smoke emanating from outside and the lack of response from the company. I checked out a day early, they had no internet so the front desk lady assured me I would be refunded for my last night, but due to their internet being out when I checked out I was hoping they would follow through. It’s been 11 days and I’ve attempted 2 contacts and nothing. Not even a response. The location is great, literally 2 min from the cathedral. Food close was good.
