Lovely Spot in Beautiful Downtown Colorado Springs!

This little house was even better than I expected. It was clean, the kitchen stocked with everything I needed along with a few extra goodies. The neighborhood was quiet and safe (I was a woman traveling alone, so I appreciated this!) There is a lovely outdoor spot in the backyard. The bed was comfy, and location was within walking distance to all the activity of downtown. Food and coffee close by. This place made my stay even better than it would have been otherwise. I would stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality.

Cozy Cottage Perfectly Located

The cottage was perfect for my daughter and myself. It was centrally located and in walking distance of several restaurants. Everything was clean and stocked with everything that we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this cottage if you are heading to Colorado Springs.

The Gnome

This little house was perfect for us in every way. The kitchen was furnished with care. Bed was comfortable. Our son came and slept on the pullout couch for two nights and said it was great. Although we didn’t use it, there is a sweet backyard with a table and chairs. Best of all for us is that it is so close to Colorado College where we visited our granddaughter. We loved it here!

Amazing home away from home!

This house was cozy, clean, and a wonderful home away from home for our stay. It lived up to the listing and then some! We had everything we needed, and it's clear a lot of care goes into the house. Location and size were perfect, and the quiet location made it a nice retreat. We hope to stay again!

Great small home

Liked the coziness of the home. It had some nice snacks and some coffee and tea upon arrival. Wish the fridge water worked to avoid bottled water. Very close to many sites and shops. Bed very comfortable. The train does go by frequently but we got used to it.

Outstanding property

My wife and I stayed in this house for four nights in mid-October as part of a road trip to Colorado. The property was everything we wanted: clean, close to restaurants, and quiet. We almost hated to leave.

Excellent Stay

This house was perfect for the two of us. Clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. So close to many bars and restaurants downtown. Highly recommended to anyone coming to Colorado Springs.

Great little bungalow!

Online description and check-in instructions were spot on. Home was clean and well stocked if cooking or staying longer. No neighborhood issues and so close to several downtown eateries and entertainment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property was great. House was just the right size for us. There is one bedroom but the couch in the living room is a hide a bed. Kitchen had all your cooking needs except for food of course. The only down side we found was parking. Street parking is not assigned it is whoever gets there first. The side yard could probably be converted into a driveway.

Cute home in convenient location

Little home was just right for the two of us. It was well stocked with everything we could need. It was close to downtown and a short drive to the tourist spots we wanted to visit. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting area also.

Perfect place to stay in Colorado Springs

The "Gnome Home" is the perfect place to stay while in Colorado Springs. The view looking down the street has beautiful mountain views. It is within walking distance to the downtown & Wilkins Arena. We felt very safe and the homes around are being renovated and well kept. Hunter and Beth thought of absolutely everything that we might need in added amenities including snacks on the bar. The home is immaculately clean and the outside has a nice patio and welcoming backyard. I would definitely recommend staying in this home for a couple or small family. Hunter went above and beyond helping us with a parking concern. The owners really do care and make sure our staying experience is a good one. We greatly appreciate this!

Quiet Cozy Cottage

The Gnome Home was ideal for my solo (first time) visit to Colorado Springs. This one bedroom structure is well laid out and the owners obviously thought of many small, sometimes overlooked, details that would make a weary traveler comfortable. This cottage was central to so many things in Colorado. It contributed significantly to me having an enjoyable trip and I hope I'll be able to use it again for a future visit.

We Love the Gnome Home!

The gnome home was such an awesome stay, great hosts, loads of snacks when we checked in too! The cottage is extremely charming, and very homey feeling. The backyard is awesome, and the view from in front of the property can’t be beat. Super quiet neighborhood, and still close to a lot of great staples (manitou, Cheyenne mountain zoo, and plenty of others). Main bed could be comfier, but we loved the couch bed mattress! Hosts are super reliable to contact, and extremely helpful. It would be a pleasure to stay here again :)
