Property is very pretty and location was central for our trip l. I would stay elsewhere next time. Upon checking in we got no useful info or guidance. Our small room with no view was essentially a block away from the main resort and we didn’t get any info or insight into maximizing our stay. Ultimately overpriced basic room with signs of wear and thin walls. My family of four was underwhelmed and laughed at the room after seeing the rest of the property, but made the best of it. Walked the property in the dark to find a pool with nearly no lighting, but website claimed it was open until 10?! Website (property map) was not super user friendly but was our only way to know there was a pool and how we might get there.

Property is exceptional. However, our room, 421, was unacceptable for the cost. It was very small and connected to a larger suite where the noise carried. We wanted to change rooms, but the hotel was at full capacity. The manager comped us for breakfast. He also recommended we book a club room in the future, much closer to the main building. Dinner in the Grand View was okay foodwise and the entree choices were limited. My wife's steak had much gristle and not much taste. The stunning views made up for it. Service for both dinner and breakfast was excellent; servers and staff are well trained and professional. We do plan to go back and will book a better room next time.

I stayed in a room facing the Garden of the Gods and it had a spacious lovely patio. The room and bathroom were great. I couldn’t find a thermostat so it seems you can’t control the temperature. The AC was blasting so the room was cold and I lit the gas fireplace in the morning to warm up.

We loved staying at the casitas. Every day we commented on how quiet it was, inside our suite and outside as we walked around. Beautiful views, friendly staff, cannot recommend more! We will return.
