This property offers well appointed clean studio apartment well located near city centre and Port area. Five minutes walk to the Allas sea pool and sauna which is highly recommended.

Disappointing for the price / improvements needed!

Bed (more of a sofa with a mattress topper), pillows (small squares) and linen (torn) was all pretty uncomfortable, air conditioning just didn’t work (came out of a tiny vent with almost no effect, and no ability to change the fan setting as all centrally controlled other than requested temperature which it hit due to its ineffectiveness), curtains not black out so extremely bright from sun down to sun up at 10.40pm/4am. Overall for the price/ratings and amenities of similar apartments/hotels in the area at a similar price point, a pretty underwhelming/disappointing experience.

Good stay overall! Great location, close to a tram stop and grocery stores. Room is a bit small. Could’ve had more cooking equipment (mixing bowl, oven dish etc) in the room. And we didn’t realise the oven was also a microvawe until the last day of our stay!

The location is quiet, yet quite close to downtown. Easily walkable to various sights. The property is clean and well-managed with many amenities. With two supermarkets close by and a kitchenette, you have the option to eat in or dine out. It was particularly convenient to have a washer in the unit.
