The staff was very friendly but the hotel itself had a few issues. The door handle on my room was jiggly and it took some effort to wiggle the door handle to open the door, The coffee maker in the room didn't work. I reported it to the desk and they sent up a replacement, but the replacement was missing a piece. The sausage and eggs on the breakfast buffet were very dry, but the coffee was good and there was yogurt and fresh fruit that was refreshing.

underwhelmed

It was a good rate and decent breakfast, but I was unhappy with the overall quality of the hotel. It smelled very old and smokey and someone had clearly been vaping in my room. The state of the pool was very disappointing. The hottub was out for over 2 months even though it is listed as an active ammenity on hotels.com and the actual pool is very chemically and not clean. I would score it in the 5-6's rather than high 8's as it is listed.

Broken Hot Tub, Worn out Mattress

When we got there the Hot Tub was broken which the only part about it that bothered me was it has been broken for almost a month. A hotel doesnt bother to fix their Hot Tub in almost a month. The elevator at times smelled like pee. The matreess was a spring mattress that was worn out and I really would not recommend staying here to save money I would go somewhere else.
