The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. There are an asset to your hotel to say the least. The bathrooms need upgrading. A handicap shower or rather a shower for handicap. People cannot be a regular tub. They are unable to raise their leg high enough to get into the tub to take a shower. I’m sure you’re updating that very soon.

Was not impressed by this Hilton location. Breakfast was pre packaged items and waffles. There were so many people crammed in the small area, we didn't get to even partake. We had to go get take out. Room did not have cold faucet water and that was resolved. Noise in yhe hallways and from other guests was disrespectful to other guests. HILTON...DO BETTER!

Spark Colorado Springs

Coffee was always full and hot - bagels were fresh. They worked hard to keep it clean but there was a lot of people. Hallways are very noisy - doors close and lock but you can easily see hall light through the cracks and this noise carries easy - our neighbor room was way to loud and had to ask management to tell them to turn it down. Easily accessible from the highway.
