They double charged my card for a deposit and immediately denied it although I saw the desk clerk run my card multiple times and toss receipts in a trash bin, and I then even showed them my account online, because I had received two notifications. ... They wouldn't give the deposit back (even the initial charge - half what they owed me) at checkout either. Was told the owner would have to handle that that evening, long after I had had to check out and go. My room was barely used and left in clean condition, by the way. I've just started a dispute for the deposit charges as I now believe I've been defrauded.

The room was not clean and the staff smokes pot at the front desk. the towels and wash rags were stained. The staff was all strung out on meth and couldn’t even stand still. The carpet was sticky and nasty

We didn’t check in until well after it got dark, and unfortunately the first room we were assigned did not have any sheets and bed spreads on them. The room we finally got assigned was well worn and minimal and the TV did not work. Even though this is a value type property, I would never recommend staying here. The staff was very nice and apologetic, but they cannot make up for the conditions of this property.

It was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. I had a room for two nights and I did not stay the second night. This hotel should be condemned. The bed was so bad that I could not get under the sheets. I slept two hours with the light on and one I open. I would not stay there again even if they paid me. I would not stay there again even if I was a roach.

Rooms are ok , owner wants to charge a $100 deposit to stay on top of the room rate, The refuses to return you're deposit even though you get told it will be returned on check out ,wanted me to pay a deposit after renting a room on Travelocity, whwn the website doesn't mention the $100 deposit. They tell you on arrival.

It was rough off the get go. Smelled like smoke as soon as you walked in. The receptionist was acting very weird, acted like she was on meth. About 5 minutes after I got into my room, two guys were yelling at each other and threatening to fight one another. Room was not clean. There was a chair that originally had electric controls to kick out the footrest, but that was not working and didn’t even have an electrical plug to plug in. Very rough- certainly won’t be staying there again.

There were gnats in the room. Card key reader didn't work but once out of 10 tries. Smoking rooms are only on the third floor but there's no elevator so I had to get a room for non-smoking. Room was clean but definitely need upgrades. Wi-Fi was iffy
