The family home provides an open floor plan that includes family, dining & kitchen space with 22' ceilings, fireplace and expansive views of the lake. The back porch spanning the full length of the house provides tons of outdoor living space. 5 bedrooms have king size beds and private bath and the 6th bedroom has 4 built in bunk beds and its own private bathroom. Outstanding views of the lake from the open great room and Master bedroom as well as 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Outdoor fire pit is perfect for chilly nights. Home is on cul-de-sac street and off a dead end street so it’s very quiet and private. The house is 1 mile from the entrance to Timberlake Country Club. It's perfect for large families or couples who require private bathroom space.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Trash pick up is every Monday morning. Please make sure all trash cans are out by the end of drive way (opposite side of mailbox) before Monday morning.
Recycling pick up is every other Monday. If you have any questions, please contact the host. Directions and dates for pick up are on the kitchen counter
All trash in trash bins should be in bags. All recycling are to be loose and not in bags. County will not take recycling binds if bags are in the bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
