The check in process was pretty standard. No issues. Once in the room, there was water on the floor. I wiped up and the napkin was very dirty. The room has a small hole in the wall from the door hitting it. The caulk around tub was stained and the bathroom door did not lock. Bed was not very comfortable.

The room was amazing!! The beds were so comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud. It had a lot of coset space and I loved being able to choose where to sit, whether the sofa the table or the bed. I will definitely be going back!!

This hotel is run down. Lots of damage in bathroom. Lots of stains on furniture. We paid too much for it to be in this condition. Would not choose to stay again.

Shopping very accessible..Belks n Krogers close by. Room needs an upgrade, needs.painting, monitor towels, room was damp both days, bottom of tub worn n easy to see previous.non slip mat markings. Breakfast..had gravy but no biscuits, fried potatoes good, eggs not good. 2nd morning no plain half n half.

Pictures are misleading. Nowhere in the description does it say this is a musty MOTEL. It is very misleading to call this an Executive Suite. Book at your own risk.

It was good. One of the beds the foot area was higher then the head. Only had three towels for a family of 4 (booked it saying 4 guest), checked in late after football game and had to go ask for additional towel. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok.

The room was very clean! The young woman at the front desk was unprofessional and had a bit of an attitude. No problem with the room,(as long as you don't use the phone, ours didn't work). Would have given 5 stars on all, but the front desk attitude brought it down.
