I would stay again

We could tell that Wyndham has not owned the property for a long time. It looked like it was in the remodeling process and may have been vacant less than a year ago. Despite that, the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I would stay there again for the same price. Customer service was great as well. the hotel just needs to be updated inside and out.

Good Location

This hotel is being converted from a Doubletree to a Wyndham. It's kind of slap-dash; when you look closely, you can see that they're painting over things haphazardly and that the furniture is old and chipped. It's also huge, and the layout is confusing; I kept getting disoriented. I stayed here twice on the same trip. Each time, there were things missing from the room including a hair dryer and toiletries. And I saw a Gatorade bottle under the bed, which certainly wasn't mine. The first time I stayed (a Saturday night), there was an actual breakfast of eggs, sausage, biscuits -- the standard fare. But the second time (Monday night), there was only bread products. This hotel is located in the back of a shopping area, where there are lots of restaurants, as well as a Sheetz gas station. It's also pretty conveniently located. I thought the rates were reasonable as well.

This property was okay, that's not the worst one. I've ever stayed in, but it's definitely not the best. The bed was okay, but I had asked to be close to the elevator or on that floor and it was supposed to have handicap accessible, which I didn't get and was actually put as far away down the hall. The hotel was disappointing. The room was dirty, the beds were hard, and there were stains on the walls with paint peeling off. The property clearly needs maintenance. On top of that, the staff was not friendly, whenever we asked for something, they acted as if we were bothering them. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

Arrived at 5:30 room was not ready. Had to change clothes in my car. Checked in about 11:00 pm and was given a handicapped room (not requested) that smelled and needed a good cleaning

When we went to our room the bed was not made, dirty towels on counter in bathroom, and a smashed cookie on the floor. We went down and told the front desk and a new room was assigned after waiting 30 min. To assure the next room would be clean. The new room was clean however, the ac/fan did not work.
