The facilities are nice but the Front Desk staff are getting worse. One night it took a few attempts to have the key card progammed correctly. Going back and forth from 5th floor to the dest, eventuall I had a mantence man open the door. Another night no one at the desk, after waiting I left the hotel, last time the young kid was a flaky jerk. Not a fan of the way this hotel is being run.

Pictures and amenities on Expedia tricked me….walking in you can see water stains on the ceiling tiles, missing ceiling tiles, an awful smell, the toilet in our bathroom wouldn’t flush, the toilet paper roll holder broke off & the light would not turn on. Respectfully told the lady at the front desk that we were checking out and not staying at this location.
