The gym equipment is outdated, old and in dire need of attention. There is limited dining options on the facility (breakfast only) yet there are no microwaves in the rooms. The breakfast is also the same exact offering everyday which is not okay for residence staying for a longer period.

When I made reservations.they said there was a shuttle to and from airport. They charge 8.00 day to park with 4 to 5 day minimum. They was told it was the honor flight be back same day so I could not park there. It cost me 30.00 for a taxi. So I don't recommend them to anyone.thank you.

Our room was supposed to be a king bed, we got 2 queens, the sink in the bathroom would not drain, the carpet had stains everywhere, scuffed up shower, furniture and walls. Our bedroom also felt musty even with the air conditioning on. very dingy all over. Will not be staying here again

Friendly Staff and Nice Place

I loved staying here I don’t know why this place is getting bombed with bad reviews. The night audit who checked me in weds night was super sweet. I would definitely stay here again. Shuttle to the airport was easy and convenient too

We checked in, got settled and left for dinner. Then got back to the hotel around 8. There were kids running around all over the place inside and out. Our room key did not work, so after 5 trips to the front desk because our room key didn’t work the front desk girl finally decided to call maintenance to try to fix it! Now keep in mind, all our things are in the hotel room, which we can’t get into. The front desk lady wants us to wait in another room while we wait for maintenance to get there. We wait and after go back to the front desk, maintenance guys has to pry the door open with a crow bar, and then tells me that we can’t lock the door and should probably keep it propped all night. The front desk lady acted surprised that this was unacceptable, we demanded to be put in another room bc at this point it’s after 9:00 and still have not been able to relax in our hotel room. I expect a full refund!! This was absolutely ridiculous and we shouldn’t be expected to pay for a room, which we couldn’t even use for part of the evening because of their incompetent staff!! Will be reaching out to corporate!
