We enjoyed the location. It is walkable to so many squares, Christmas Markets, and historical sites. The complimentary sparkling rose, coffee, water, and pastries were a treat. The best by far was the complimentary city tour given by Peder. The staff escorted us to the sister hotel, where we were then treated to a complimentary hat, water, and a fantastic local expert tour of the city. Once finished, we were offered a beverage, a wonderful local wine. I recommend staying at the hotel for its excellent location, staff, amenities, and the great tour. And, if you have any questions, need recommendations, or travel assistance, they are happy to help.

Did not eat the breakfast. However, I cannot say too many nice things about the staff. They were wonderful! My friend and I came in on a flight before noon. They very kindly had a room ready for us so that we could get some rest after flying all night, even though it was way before check in time. All staff was courteous and hospitable.

What an excellent property, so well located next to the train station and metro. I was worried that the room s may be noisy from the square, but that is not the case. the windows are thick and so well insulated. A Great hotel!

Enjoyed the hotel, staff were very nice and mostly friendly. The room was well designed and spacious. There were some permanent and large stains on the carpet of our room that made it seem dated. Otherwise it was very clean. We appreciated use of the nice bathrobes and slippers. The housekeeping staff also did a great job with room freshening.

The clean and quiet room, very helpful staff (letting us check in early, I believe) and wonderful location impressed us. The free walking tour was excellent and a wonderful surprise (including the delicious Pasteis de Nata from Manteigaria and wine at the end of the tour at your sister hotel! Clean room and excellent staff, the room was not ready when i arrived early so the staff took care of the bags then rang me immediately when the room was ready and had already delivered the bags to the room. But the number one plus was the rainfall shower with great water pressure

Customer service was genuinely great. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the location is central and accessible by walk, public transit or ride share. Great cafes and restaurants near by. Bed linens were so comfortable, we had great rest. I would return when in Lisbon again.
