Our room was literally falling apart. The big bay window was falling inwards staff had to take video, the board behind the door to the bathroom fell completely over almost hitting my daughter in her head, the board behind the bed was coming apart. They offered online roll away beds for free which they did not have and they did not have any couches in the room. The fridge in the room was not working so we had to give staff our cold drinks to keep cold. The breakfast was terrible not many options at all and the bagels were very hard. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The pictures online show that it looks so nice and it’s really not. The pool was ice cold and very small. They couldn’t discount us for all the issues we had since we booked through Expedia.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There was a strong sewage/sulphur smell in the parking lot and lobby, as well as in the bathroom of our room. The hotel was quite empty for the holidays, but the manager put us in a room right off the lobby--directly adjacent to the elevator, laundry room, pool, and breakfast area. The noise was constant and prevented us from sleeping in. One morning my husband left the room to get us coffee, and when he returned there were three disheveled people loitering by our door. One was crouched on the floor in a squat and seemed to be intoxicated or otherwise unwell. It made both of us feel unsafe, and I didn't feel comfortable leaving the room without him after that. Overall, our visit was stinky and we didn't feel safe or relaxed.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We wanted to stay an extra night and I accidentally booked the incorrect date. However, the staff noticed this and was able to accommodate our stay for the correct dates we wanted. Room was clean comfortable. Will stay again!

Not my favorite experience at a Holiday Inn expres

Friendly staff at check in. There were small black ants around the room and on all counter tops, luckily we didn't have any food that needed to be brought into the room. If we had to spend any amount of time (other than sleeping) I would have changed hotels.

The room had a bad smell. I informed the front desk they came and sprayed, but the room still had a bad smell. One of the beds in the room had stained sheets and blanket. The breakfast was okay. The pool was good. Nice for a short stay.

The staff were great and our room was clean amd quite a bit more spaciois than we anticipated. However, the building is showing its age. There were holes in interior doors in our room and no hanging bars to hang things in in closeted areas. If we were staying for longer than one night, I would have complained. Bit for one night, it was fine and we had a good trip.
