hotels.com has poor customer service

This was a good hotel but I booked the room for August 15. When I got there they had no reservation for me. Before I clicked the final payment button on hotels.com I went back to the page to get the address and it must have changed the date. A waste of money. I have used this website for years and never had this happen. I had to pay for a room through Hyatt Place and for this reservation because you have no customer service to call anymore. I could not get a switch of dates. I will never use hotels.com again.

Clean, quiet, and welcoming. The spacious rooms and city views offered a peaceful retreat, while the outdoor pool was a refreshing bonus. Breakfast was fresh and filling, and with McDonald’s and shops just a short walk away, everything I needed was close at hand. A restful stay in a convenient location.Would highly recommend!!

Great location for Zoo visitors with lots of local options just slightly further away from the walkable chains. One of the elevators was out of order due to renovation/replacement, but it is good to see that the facility is beikg taken care of and updated. Great breakfast and water pressure.
