We stayed here for a soccer weekend the room was spacious ,clean but definitely needs to be cleaner, the carpet floors needs deep cleaning. All the ice makers we out on every floor ! the Lobby was nice , the coffee and breakfast area was nice , clean , with a good variety of things to eat . Overall I would stay here again if needed . Very convenient location with plenty of food and shopping close by .

I have stayed here numerous times over the years. This stay was not enjoyable. Some staff were ok and others were not helpful. I have never experienced this during my previous stays, but I was awakened numerous nights at around 4 am, due to what sounded like a garbage truck dumping or picking up trash. I was staying in a room on the westside of the hotel.

The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Greeted us upon entry and exiting. The breakfast was hot, basic, but not really satisfying. The hotel was fairly clean but the carpet has an odor and the furniture could use a good cleaning and just routine maintenance on the windows coverings too. In the hallway there are scent sprayers that smell fine, but the scent only goes 6 or 7 feet from the sprayer then it's back to the dirty carpet smell. I've stayed at a Hyatt hotel before and this one is not a best one. The location is fantastic with lots of eateries and shopping all around, however, a bit more care is needed to bring this hotel up to standard.

Not clean. Our first room we were given smelled moldy, the second room we were given had a sheet over the window instead of blinds. The breakfast area tables were not clean. When we left the next day there was so much trash in the cans outside the door that it was overflowing and rolling round at the entrance doors.
