I was a scam for falsely breaking a AC unit and when trying to reach out to a manager, there’s never no Manager on property and I still haven’t received my receipt. Staying at that hotel is unsafe that there’s homelessness walking around trying to get into the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good both days of our stay. My only complaint is that the water pressure in our shower was horrible, and the shower curtain was too short making water splash onto the bathroom floor.

Hustlers and liars- health and safety issues

Woke up to an ant infestation. Hotel assured me they would clean the room and solve the problem. It only got worse and ended up all over the bed. My son was in. They told me they had my room type, but it wasn’t clean yet. Then later told me they would have to downsize my room refused to give me any sort of refund and told me they were gonna give me some type of credit and never did, entire staff all acted like they could not escalate to their management . I was told I would receive a call from management and I never did And then they lied to Hotels.com and said that the room needed a deep cleaning, which was not the case. We only slept in the room.
