I did not get to stay because for some reason I don't know nor the receptionist my card kept declining for the deposit. I've paid for the room no problem on same card. This happened twice at this hotel not cool at all

Finding the property was a little tricky even with google maps. The elevator was temporarily unavaliable when I first arrived and my room was on the second floor. The problem, whatever it was, was resolved quickly. The remote control required the hand strength of a blacksmith to operate and the choice of channels was limited. The egg selection for breakfast was disappointing i.e., nothing fresh. The oatmeal was prepared with too much water. I figured out a way to drain the excess water from my bowl and was satisfied with what I had prepared.

When I arrived at the check in counter, a sign said 'back in 5 minutes'. 15 minutes later, with four people waiting, staff finally showed up. No mention of 'sorry to keep you all waiting'. It was pretty off-putting.
