booked 2 weekends in a row for UC Berkeley graduation festivities. great room. Parking was challenging - the only open spot was under a tree and my car was covered in sap the next day. Next time, I'll take my chances in the strip mall parking lot.

Greeting/check-in was very nice. Elevators need some maintenance. Noise levels were not ideal. VERY limited dining..nearly nonexistent. What was available was just OK. Had to discard fruit on plate because it tasted like it was covered with chems to keep it “fresh”. They could only manage to make “regular coffee”. Room OK. Appeared clean. Beds were firm. Not sure if return.

Was hesitant at first because of some negative reviews but decided to book anyway based on the price and accessibility to food/shopping locations in the area of this location (Pleasant Hill). The moment I walked in the lobby it looked clean and smelled very nice and fresh. Room did not disappoint either , was exactly as pictured.

In my room, the bathroom sink had orange/yellow/brown rust around the drain. Unsure if the bed sheets were properly changed. First day of walking into the hotel, the manager didn’t want to acknowledge us. Until I remained still, staring at him. He had an undertone with me. And stared at me each time I would walk by during my stay. First time I felt uncomfortable in a hotel. Will not be staying here again.
