My trip was great! I am from Wisconsin came down to visit my mom for her birthday and they treated us very well, breakfast was amazing really clean and smelled very nice like I was walking into my own home and to top it off I loveee the mini gifts❤️❤️❤️

We discovered bed bugs in our bed when we woke up in the morning. We immediately checked out and spoke to the front desk, where the manager apologized and agreed to give us a refund. I am glad I took pictures. This has never happened to us before. I know that it can be a random situation, but we came out of there all itching and could not leave fast enough. If Expedia would not allow the refund, the hotel would honor a one-night stay elsewhere and a different time.

No shower, got a knock at door after being in room for awhile and it was maintenance to “install” the hand held shower snake on wall by a suction cup. It sid not stay and by morning both hose, shower wand, and a apparatus to hold hand held shower head was laying inside tub. There was gross black hairs in tub area upon our arrival . The flooring and baseboards around bathtub where severely damaged from what looks like water flooding. There was red paint bleeding through on wall above bed which at a glance looked like blood splatter. Staff was nice, because was typical not anything spectacular. They were out of bacon. Will not stay here again.
No shower fixed by adding suction type cut to hold the wand up like a shower but the suction cup feel in a short period of time.

We stayed at this property to attend a concert at the Cynthia Woods pavilion. It’s very close to the venue and convenient offering breakfast in the morning. Overall, it was a good stay. We will definitely use it again.
