I had a sheet with period blood on it after bed was made. I got in late. Could find the light so it could been there first night which is gross. But definitely night two after bed was made.

The staff were ok. Not rude but not friendly. Kinda dry personalities. We stayed in a smoking room which yeah I understand it’s gonna smell like smoke obviously. But omg, the nicotine that was caked on the walls, shower, furniture, curtains and shower curtain, etc was unbelievable. I’m talking dark, dark yellow with a lil orange. I don’t smoke but my bf does and I can usually handle it but this room made me physically sick to my stomach and gave me a horrible headache. The room was extremely dirty. Roaches. No bed bugs tho. Very outdated. The decor and bedding (blankets had cig burns) was from the late 90s, early 2000s. The supposed to be white towels and wash clothes were stained. The night stand had ashes all over it. There was hair on the shower walls. It was really bad. I hate leaving a bad review unless I feel disrespected by someone but people need to know what they’re getting themselves into with this one for sure. I’ve stayed in numerous hotels thru out my life, some have been pretty bad. At a low price you kinda expect it to not be that great but the condition of this room was awful. Probably the worst one I’ve ever stayed. I hate doing this cuz I’m sure it’s a family business, someone’s dream maybe. But Royal Inn, please do better! Yall need a complete makeover. I know it’s expensive but if you got this place in a better condition you can charge a higher rate. Or at least hire a cleaning crew to do a MAJOR DEEP clean and update the furniture. It really needs it.

Just me and my dog which was an additional $20 and I was sure we’d both catch fleas! The hotel was run down and the room was filthy! The mirror looked like it had been wiped over with a dirty cloth and the sink hadn’t been cleaned at all! It stunk of smoke and I found cigarette ash in the nightstand drawer…It gave me the heebie jeebies…it needs to be demolished!

Room was dirty. A man with a key walked into my room in the middle of the night because the security flip bolt was inoperable there was urine splatter all over the rim of the toilet. The place is disgusting.

The owner watch you like stare at you through the door and window or when you just are leaving he just stands there and stares extremely uncomfortable worst customer service everything is nasty
