We arrived in the morning. As soon as we entered the lobby, a very nice, dynamic and helpful young lady greeted us. She accommodated us with an early check-in (thank God). She also gave us a map and made very good suggestions about things to do. It felt truly like... coming home ! In a city that we were visiting for the first time !! The apartment is very clean, quite spacious, fully and perfectly equipped in all regards. A quiet, clean, safe neighborhood. A lot of places worth seeing and visiting are at a walking distance. There is a very good supermarket, close-by. The breakfast is very, very, very good. You can enjoy it in the restaurant-type area dedicated to that, or in the vast and beautiful, comfortable lobby, where the essential breakfast items are presented in a distinct, large and generous table. And the staff is so helpful, so amica so amicable… it warms your hearth. The difference between this lodging system and a "hotel-hotel" ? More than double the price, for less than half the habitable space, with a lot of services which you don't really need and probably never use. We had a memorable stay in the wonderful city of Copenhagen, thanks to this hotel-apartment. Thank you.

Good sized room but otherwise, just ok. We had a 2 bedroom family room and we delighted that it included 2 bathrooms. That was a big plus. The location is ok: you can easily take a train nearby to other areas of the city. Room was equipped if you want to prepare your own food. Some staff members were friendly and others were odd and not-so-friendly. A man cleaning in the pool area was really odd and mean, which was uncomfortable. Check in was great. Great to have a large room for a family but otherwise not sure that I would stay here again.

We arrived early morning after flying all night. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful. He helped store our luggage and as soon as the rooms were available. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. The area is very close to the LittleMermaid, we had a lovely walk there. Construction was going on but we were never bothered by it. Thank you so much!!

We recently stayed at this apartment hotel that is ideal for families, featuring a small kitchen and a separate living area from the bedroom, which adds convenience and comfort. The proximity to a grocery store next door made it easy to stock up on breakfast and snacks, avoiding the higher prices typically found in Copenhagen. While the pool was enjoyable, it was a bit chilly for our liking. The property was well-maintained, though it’s worth noting that housekeeping was only provided once during our six-day stay, likely due to labor constraints, although additional requests can be made. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its family-friendly amenities and convenient enough location. In Copenhagen the best way to get around is to rent a bicycle during your stay.

Close to a supermarket and bakery so cooking and getting breakfast in the morning and grocery essentials were all convenient. It’s quite far to walk to the nearest station though so it’s a good property for those who drive or who are willing to spend on taxi fares.

Spacious, convenient and lovely pool!

Fabulous hotel! Rooms are spacious and come with lots of amenities (washer, dryer, kitchen, coffee machine, toaster etc). Very clean and facilities were great. Pool was super clean and gym, although small, was very adequate (my only criticism is they only had heavy weights….or at least too heavy for me, an older light girl, to lift!). Staff were extremely helpful and location was within walking distance of most sites. Would definitely recommend and I’d happily stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Adina Aparthotel Copenhagen. The apartment-style setup was ideal — having a well-equipped kitchen made it easy to settle in and feel at home, especially with a Netto supermarket just two minutes away on the same block. It was perfect for picking up fresh groceries and enjoying meals in our own space. The hotel facilities were a real bonus too. The pool and sauna added a touch of relaxation after a day out exploring the city, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable — probably some of the best we've slept in while travelling. What really stood out was the staff: genuinely warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. It made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. The location is also spot-on, with easy access to both buses and trains, so getting around Copenhagen was a breeze. All in all, a fantastic base for anyone wanting the flexibility of an apartment with the perks of a quality hotel. Would absolutely stay again.

I stay here for work and I really love it. Staff are nice and the place is just comfortable and convenient. Only issue was that I scheduled cleaning of my room and the cleaner never came but I am sure that if I had called reception, they would have figured it out in minutes. Easy and quick check in and check out, comfortable rooms with everything you need, including good coffee and a proper french press. I will come back.
