Nice older hotel in a great location for exploring Copenhagen. Staff were super and helpful. Rooms very clean but very basic, they do need updating and any hotel nowadays needs to have usb charging sockets in the room. We loved the free drink which is served in the cosy bar between 5 and 6pm. Overall a great stay but the hotel needs an updating

The staff were extremely welcoming and there was a really nice atmosphere. Cozy hour between 5pm and 6pm was a real bonus, offering a free alcoholic or non alcoholic drink. The location was ideal as we could walk everywhere as it was right in the city.

We were very pleased, kind, helpful staff, and a good central location. A modest problem with the shower, in that the water did not drain well. We used the squeegie provided. I didn't mind in part because it would be a big job to fix the problem, tear out the shower floor and ramp it more so that the water would flow down to the drain.

The location is perfect! Close walking to train highlights - food hall, shopping, rosenborg castle etc. Great quiet/vibey neighborhood. Rooms are very comfy and clean. Great bedding. Slept soundly! Communal spaces are cozy and golden - cozy hour with free wine, fireplace, turntable. Sauna and cold plunge at the hotel spa. Breakfast is delight -nordic breakfast with bird song and relaxed atmosphere. LOVED this place! HIGHLY recommend. Will be back! (1 week stay) This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in -hitting every note!

They had ibuprofen cuz I didn’t bring any. They took in my lost luggage when the airline delivered it. They unclogged my shower drain when I told them to. Cozy hour iced tea was great.
