I brought three guests with me. When we got there, the room temperature was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-stocked, the refrigerator kept our drinks cold, the beds were comfortable and the television had a wide variety of stations including a Florida Panthers game I enjoyed. I took a star of the Staff and Service because later that night, some unruly, unsupervised kids were opening and slamming room doors (including ours) and when I tried to call the front desk to complain, nobody answered the phone. The staff needs to make sure someone is covering the phones at all times in case the guests call with issues with the rooms or others' unruly children.

Place needs maintenance. We got to see a bar soap around lobby area few employees walk next to with out picking it up. Has a really bad smell, the door in the room did not close. We end up leaving the place and paying for a different hotel. With no refund bad experience.
