I liked the location very much and the breakfast setups. I dont like that the hotel has ran down and unkempt. For example, the carpet appears to be dirty and unmaintained, the elevator was dirty. The room is not in its best of form i am sure that the person in charge can do much much better.

The emergency exit was locked, and the only way down to the lobby was in the elevator. The front staff could not answer whether the water was filtered and there is a. “ don’t drink the tapwater order.” from the city of coal Springs. Therefore, we weren’t sure if it was OK to drink the water in the lobby. No other offers of Water other than Denny in the machine which I prefer just regular spring water. The room itself is clean, but the hallway in the lobby bathrooms were slightly dingy. Overall, it was an OK experience.

Don't expect quality features...like a good shower

The shower was the equivalent to an eye dropper. We called maintenance who rigged it so it was passable but told us "whatever you do, don't touch it". Like it would fall apart. He said he had encountered this problem before, several times. Apparently, changing rooms to one with a shower that worked properly wasn't an option? Won't stay again.

The property was quiet but the carpet in the hallway is dirty. Front office area was clean and friendly staff. The hotel was looking old. Room service attendant was banging on my door at 8am when checkout time is 11am and I could not go back to sleep. Definitely annoyed.

Wonderful and quiet stay. Hotel needs upgrades.

The young lady at the front desk always friendly and professional. Quick check in. The only problem I had was cleaning lady knocked on my door three times starting at 10:15, 10:25, and then again at 10:30.
