The bed frame was made out of plywood and had sharp corners. My son bumped his shin on the corner and it cut and bruised him. We told the staff and they just acknowledged that the padded corner protectors sometimes fall off. No concern about my son's injury.

Everything was excellent. Staff was extremely nice. If you want to watch an hour of TV before bed, bring your laptop. Barely any channels worth mentioning. No apps on tv to stream.

Room was average. Definitely needs updating. For example, a very old piece of lettuce was stuck to the wall by trash can. The shower rod was evidently coming off the wall and unstable. Room had a very unique smell. Would not recommend or stay again.

I love the staff, they are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean , the check in went quick and easy, as did the check out, they have a wonderful breakfast with plenty of choices to pick from and also apple and orange juice, milk and coffee for the drinks. The lady who was over breakfast did a terrific job on plenty of food for everyone to eat. The beds slept great! I have a bad back and it was neither to soft nor too hard for my back which normally I have a hard time sleeping on most mattresses. Every staff member I met or saw was very polite and friendly. WE WILL BE BACK AND A BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE BAYMONT OF CORBIN, KENTUCKY FOR A GREAT TIME !!!

Love this hotel

We love this hotel. We come down to KY multiple times a year to visit family and have tried different hotels and we always come back to this one. The suit is nice with the pullout couch, clean rooms, staff is kind and helpful and the kids love the pool and hot tub..plus very close to Holly Bay and other hiking, shopping etc. this will be the hotel we book at moving forward.

Overall this place was nice and cheap. The beds were clean and comfortable, the service was friendly and fast. The breakfast was free and ok, nothing amazing but free, available and stocked. The place just feels a little old and a little cheap. We needed a clean, quick and cheap place to stay and this was the perfect place for it.
