Air conditioner only half worked there was dog pee in both rooms we stayed in that hadnt been cleaned. The ice machine was broken with no alternative on site. Loud hispanic music playing that you could hear in your room from the cleaners that was very annoying. The window was broken so bad when anyone else would open or close there door the loose piece of glass would rattle all night long.

The room was clean. The staff was polite. Check in was easy. Older hotel....somewhat noisey on the bottom floor. Above neighbors were up at 5 "moving furniture" (not really, just loud walkers).

Staff was really nice. However... The room was filthy. We moved a lamp and wiped under it, and it turned the towel brown. The bed was broken, and when moving it to fix it, we saw built up dirt and filth just sitting under the bed. We canceled our second night. There were also no products in the room- no body wash or shampoo, there wasn't even a bar of soap available.
