Chloe (front desk) was simply wonderful. We arrived tired and hungry due to a 4 1/2 hour delay in Dallas and the non-existent airport to hotel transfers advertised on Expedia which caused use to scramble to book a last minute rental car. She made check-in a breeze and was able to assist with extending our stay when our departure flight was cancelled due to weather. Chloe is professional, knowledgeable able the area, and genuinely appears to care. Avenue of the Arts is extremely lucky to have this young lady representing their business. We were able to relax and unwind in a lovely, artistically, decorated hotel with great amenities, a comfortable bed, and an expansive green space.
