The front desk staff was fine, but the cleanliness of the room was horrible, there was poop stains on the toilet that my wife had to clean, there was a pizza box in the refrigerator with a half eaten pizza in it, the shower drain was clogged, the AC didn't work, good thing it was cool at night if not it would've been uncomfortable to sleep at night. Someone really needs to check the rooms after housekeeping cleans them to ensure that they're clean and ready for use. I will never stay there again, nor do I recommend anyone to do so as well.

The room was in good condition however there were no hand towels no complimentary shampoo also asked about ice machine none to be found nearby check in was a little unusual in that the room wasn't quite ready but I'm patient and was soon able to check in .
