Heater/Ac not working. It was 40 degrees at night no heat. Toilet not working, I had to work on it myself to get it to flush. Phone not working. Tv needed two remotes??? When I spoke to front desk they offered to move us to an upstairs room. I'm handicapped not an option. Lady at front desk said she had no one to help with the problems. Will never stay there again.
