We received our keys and went up to our room, only to find out room #244 did not exist. Went down to the desk- oops, sorry, it was room #224. Went back up to use the keys. Did not work. Back down to the desk. Then they worked. After driving 7 hours, we really didn't need to deal with these irritating issues. OK, we're in our room. Now I want to go swimming. Oh, the pool is closed. Ok, use the fitness room. Three machines, the treadmill is broken. You know, there were 2 other hotels we looked at, and we picked this one because it had an indoor pool and fitness center. Silly me, I guess next time I should call and make sure the hotel is fully functional. Really disappointed.

No microwaves in the rooms. There was one in the lobby for the whole hotel to share. The 4 days I was there it was never cleaned. You always had to wait at the desk for someone to come because they were never at the desk but in a back room. My kids are all older so they wouldn’t poop in the pool, as soon as they jumped in and started moving the water around poop was coming up to the surface I yelled at them to jump out. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I would never stay there again.

Beds and room was sufficient with a window seat but not space for an air mattress for kids who cannot share a bed. Shower offered shampoo and body wash but not conditioner. Breakfast on the weekend offered hot options but not during week days. There was never enough space for all patrons eating though. Breakfast space was not thought out at all as breakfast as it was served in a hallway and no tables other than 1 family style in the lobby.

The pool was dirty and cloudy. There were 2 flying ant- looking bugs crawling on the wall of our room. Check-in was slow due to computer system issues. There wasn't a small fridge or microwave in the room. Very few amenities for the price.

Poor choice

Dirty room, dirty towel in bathroom, dirty sheets on the beds, crumbs on the floor, beds were comfortable, but sheets were scratchy. Breakfast was very limited, waffles and cereal, the biscuits and gravy were inedible. Looks nice from the outside, but obviously not well maintained or clean
