The staff had breakfast ready early because they wanted the families to have breakfast before their games. That was so thoughtful! Everything was clean. The only complaint I had was the noisy guest in the halls, but that's not the hotels fault.

The room was clean. There were a lot families there which is exactly what we were going for. The front desk staff were very friendly. The pool is on the small side but it wasn’t too busy so it worked out great for us.

Quiet and Comfy.

Great stay overall relatively for $65 with a breakfast better than most. Gym could be a lot better. Plumbing is tired. Beds comfy. Quiet and safe. Would stay again.

We loike the hotel its our econd time there, this time was terrible. A dog next door to us barked all night long. No staff checking hallways, food was absolutely horrendous , cold and disgusting not even a piece of bread to make toast . we had to eat elsewhere. THE FLOOR IN OUR room was absoltuely filthy dirt everywhere, furniture dusty. I was a hotel supervisor for 20 years the room should of not been rented until thorughly inspected for cleanliness. And the fact a dog barked all night and no staff caugt it, is unheard of. I was just down the hall from front desk it should of been heard. TERRIBLE STAY

Check in staff was rude, breakfast was cold and had hair in the gravy. Elevator was not operational on day of checkout. Pool was ICE cold. Just a really unpleasant stay. Staff rudeness was unacceptable.

Worst Microtel ever

Worst Microtel I've ever stayed at. Very rundown. Key to backdoor didn't work. Heater was LOUD. Bottom bedsheets were not tucked in and came up during the night. No USB ports. The only thing good about this hotel was water pressure.

A Very Nice Stsy

This is my first experience with this brand. I made the reservation with a little bit of caution but I was very impressed! We travel with very little dog and it was nice to find out she was welcome. The hotel lobby is nice as well as our room. The room was clean and it provided everything we needed.
