Overall, not bad for 1 nite, but very stingy with everything, No Pen & Paper in the room only could get at the desk was given old cut up invoices! No cable guide! Breakfast was very un-inspiring! Only bad eggs and bacon and the rest just the was basic vending machine items Juice machine broke. very tight, stuff on every nook and cranny, had to look around to find things! F Finally wake up was 1/2 hr. late!!

You get what you pay for

Room smelled like decade old cigarettes and was humid as a bathroom after a shower. We had to run the AC in January to make it comfortable. Otherwise, even with the refresh we read about earlier, the condition of the room was mediocre both in quality and cleanliness. Ultimately, it was worth the price, but you get what you pay for.

What a nightmare! If I could stay free of charge, I would pass. God-awful property and staff to boot. I did not sleep a wink. I could hear every footstep of the persons upstairs. EVERYONE was smoking and doing DRUGS!!! Gangs EVERYWHERE!!! Could not breathe all night!!! No windows to vent the smoke! As if that weren't enough, the "lady" at the front desk LIED about her name, was rude beyond belief, AND threatened to "overcharge me for the stay" because "she didn't like me." She told me to "pause" during my conversation with her. Synopsis: Find a ditch, and sleep there for the night. You'll be much better off. Shame on Best Western, and the management staff who REFUSED to provide their contact information!
