Bathroom dirty, half of roll of toilet paper, room was never clean during the staying. Rooms supposed to be smoke free and the cigarette smell was horrible and I am asmathic and have to get therapy. So far worst hotel I even stayed in the Covington area. The staff was very friendly

Room was clean when i arrived. only issue was i stayed 3 days and received no house keeping service and when i asked i was told i had to book a week for me to be able to get house keeping. So for the 3 days i was there we received no clean towels , sheets , the trash bags , etc.

The key system didn't work so we had no key to our room. The hotel staff had to run to our room 3 stories up to unlock the door. We asked for a cancelation and Hotels.com said it was unrefundable. We chose not to stay because we did not feel safe. Too many problems checking in and people waiting in line to complain. The property is old and needs repairs. A sign in the elevator said not to hold the door open or the elevator will not work. It was very scary. The office closed at 7 pm so we couldn get our pillows we left in the room. Never will we stay in this type of hotel again!
