Very comfortable with clean rooms, dinning and pool. Rooms are cleaned ince a week and serviced every 2 days. Breakfast changed every day so as not to get boring. Couch in the room was a plus.

Terrible customer service

We called the hotel for a airport shuttle and waited over an 1 and it never showed up spoke to the hotel 4 different times and they said they were not sure why they were not there and said if we took a Uber they would reimburse us. We were a family of 6 at 11pm and it was 80$ the hotel refused to reimburse us us very disappointing.
