First visit to cromer and was not disappointed! The Country Club is a perfect spot. Great communication after booking, easy check in, friendly staff. We had a 2 bedroom two-storey unit, it was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Well presented, spotless, cosy, full facilities - dishwasher, washing machine, comfy beds and nice bedding, an all round pleasant stay and we will be returning. We didn’t use the pool facilities but it looked lovely.

Great location and very quiet. Room was spotless, very modern and equipped with all facilities you need. The pull out sofa bed was massive and very comfortable. The only issues for me were: the shower wasn’t very powerful and one morning there was work including hammering and drilling being carried out next door on one of the days. This started early morning and continued until we left at 11am the same day. Other than those issues it’s a lovely place to stay.

This was a last minute booking, and oh my days it was the best stay I’ve ever had. Staff were lovely and kind, and the accommodation was amazing. Will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Cromer Country Club. The rooms were very spacious and clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook if you wanted to. We thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, everything was very clean. We had a great time swimming and relaxing in the sauna and stea room. The staff was very polite, overall a very pleasant experience. Will definitely be back!

Our stay did not get off to the best of starts. The receptionist was not happy that we had booked via Expedia and demanded guest information in a very angry manner. This did not make us feel welcome! We had a one-bedroom chalet which was very warm and cosy. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom was lovely. The site itself is right next to the sea, although beach access is down a very long staircase. Due to its position on the clifftop, the site is very hilly and uneven with lots of steps. Parking near the accommodation, even for unloading luggage was impossible. The car park itself was very crowded. Evening meal, cod and chips, in Amber the onsite restaurant was very mediocre. We did not use the pool or any other leisure facilities, so cannot comment. I would not stay here again as it is just so unfriendly. The staff definitely need some training in customer relations!

Great stay!

Was the perfect get away, not too far from Cromer with beautiful walks straight out the front door! The only little issue was the walls were rather thin so could hear people upstairs talking! The pool area was lovely with sauna steam room and hot tub! Easy to get access and turn up when you like. Staff were very helpful and friendly, would highly recommend. Dishwasher and everything was included! With tablets and laundry sheets provided in the apartment!

Great stay but just a couple of small things ..

Overall a good stay, very clean and nice apartments, good reception and nice pool spa areas as well as an excellent bar and restaurant. Well situated near the lighthouse for a robust walk down to the sea and town etc. we found it perfect, but lots of steps and steep slopes so Not great for people with limited mobility. The studio had a couple of modern electric wall heaters but they struggled to get up to a decent temp even though outside temp was around 11 deg . First evening was cool to stay the least - we turned to max and eventually they caught up, but seemed to be on all the time to keep a decent level.. we are not heat addicts by any means so were surprised by this. The pool changing rooms are clean and the facilities good .. we were disappointed to find the jacuzzi out of order with no apparent urgency or plan to repair, after some communications we got a message later in the day to say fixed and indeed a second session everything was perfect. The restaurant was great as was the entertainment that evening.

What a relaxing stay. The country club is run so efficiently. The pool facilities are great and we had a delicious meal at Amber, great service, good meal choice, chef was particularly innovative on the pudding fronts. We’ll be back!
