Lake county fair

We stay at this same hotel every year beautiful newer hotel. This year we got the same kind of room we always get. My son pulled out the sofa and on top the sheets was 2 men socks . So clearly was a dirty sheet as well. Then we found a comb in our bed. It was 12:30 when we got checked in so when I went to the front desk the guy was very sweet but could not help or move us rooms. I was told to call on Monday to resolve my issue

Room was dirty. Wroker was extremly rued about the whole sutuation. Room still didnt get cleaned after a request for room to be cleaned was made. Wouldnt recommend this place.

Loved that it was right off the interstate, having stopped just for the night the location was perfect. We enjoyed the two rocking chairs outside and actually wished there were four, but could see the room wasn't available for more.

I got there at at 9pm and my sheets had hair on it toilet had urine on it and used towels from previous guest lest sitting over the shower rod. Called front desk and straight out resided to help tile the manager came in which he never did we left did not get refunded I kept calling the hang up on me

When I booked the room, I did so with a note that my husband was having surgery locally the next morning and it was essential we had freshly cleaned bedding and towels. The first room we checked into had urine on the toilet, long hair stuck to the floor, the sink, and hair in the shower. The comforter had dried food stick to it, there were hairs in the sheets. They moved us to another room and said they'd take $50 off our stay. Haven't seen the final receipt yet. The walls are thin and the hallway traffic was loud. Cable and phone didn't work. Bed was super comfy.

The room was clean and updated but this a new Hampton Inn Hilton so it should be in great shape. I did not appreciate that you could not darken the room completely. The screen was fixed and let the sun in early in the morning so sleeping was difficult. There could have been a couple of more towels. Overall, well suited for my needs.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The beds weren’t real comfortable, but I feel like that is a common issue with all hotels. 10/10 would recommend this location & if I am in the area again this hotel would be my 1st choice
