I came here with my boyfriend and my toddler daughter. We are from the area but needed a little getaway. Jordan checked us in and he was absolutely delightful and professional! Seriously…give him a raise. I see a lot of positive reviews mentioning him. We got the king suite and it was a great room. I absolutely loved how big the bathroom was and the bed was really comfortable. Everything was clean. I decided to come to this hotel instead of the several there are in Merrillville because not only is the Merrillville area not the safest but I’ve stayed in a lot of those hotels, and a lot of them tend to smell like cigarettes or weed. This place did not smell at all. My toddler absolutely loved the pool and it was pretty warm. The breakfast was pretty good and I love that housekeeping wasn’t knocking on our door in the morning! We stayed until 12 which is check out time and not one employee bothered us. We will definitely be back!!!
Only complaint I have is the pillows were not the best. They were very…flat. I would recommend bringing your own pillow. Still though, we very much enjoyed our stay.
