Tässä hotellissa on 2 vuodetta 2 kylpyhuonetta ja vuodepaikkoja 6 kaikilla päivitetyillä laitteilla. Kiinteistössä on kajakkeja, polkupyöriä, BBQ Grill, jääkone. Koti on puukalla, katettu kuisti ja oleskelualue, jossa on pöytä rentoutumiseen ja näkymän ottamiseen. I just returned from a 6 night stay here. The unit is cute and Julie, the property manager had it ckean and ready for us when we arrived. On the first night we began seeing and killing roaches. Julie was great and brought traps and spray that evening. We continued to see multiple as the days passed. The owner was contacted and a different pest company was notified. They could not come to spray until a day before we were scheduled to leave. We were quite uncomfortable, enough that i would bot even cook there. My daughter who happened to be a pest control technician was on the trip as well. Since we saw and killed roaches at every stage of their life cycle it was clear this was not a new issue. The owner was rude in their responses to me, I was offered an apology but nothing more. I understand that this unit is rented almost continuously and for the amout I paid I feel like there should have been aome sort of compensation. I will NOT rent this unit again and certainly do not recommend it to furure visitors. Julie(property manager) and the development was great!

The kitchen was fully equipped except for a toaster....very well organized.The porch had a great view. was very clean outside. we liked the bikes, towels and coolers. it could use beach chairs. our property manager was great! She popped her head in our house when we arrived at 3:00 when our email said. our only complaint is we arrived early at the guard shack before 3:00 and the lady was rude to us by saying we need to wait until 4:00. No greeting of welcome to Venture Out or let me check on your house status if its ready.

This is by far the best property we have rented in Venture Out. Everything was amazing, everything was well thought out, super clean, and the extra little thoughtful touches went a long way! We really enjoyed the complimentary pie and the book was very well put together and helpful!

Recent stay for SCUBA

The property is just as advertised. The house was immaculate. The colors are tasteful and set the island vibe correctly. I come to dive the Keys often and this place was the best VRBO I’ve rented. The beds were super soft and comfy, the house was certainly large enough for our group of 4. The owners had a key lime pie waiting on us. After a long day of travel that was appreciated very much. I found having the hose on the front porch area super useful for cleaning the salt from our gear. The owners have a super detailed binder equipped with lots of info about the property, restaurants, things about each island and much more. I would easily stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the Lower Keys.

Cudjie Key House

We loved this little house in Venture Out Resort. It was well stocked and had everything we needed except coffee, salt and pepper. The store on property was convenient. We used the bicycles to explore the property and ride to the pool. The location was convenient to Key West and Bahia Honda State Park. We would definitely stay again.

Coastal heaven is correct

This place was lovely. Everything was there to ensure that we had a good time and had what we needed to keep the place orderly. Would definitely stay again. The pie waiting for us was a very nice extra touch.
