Good place to crash for a night or weekend, close to restaurants, small pool to hang out in if you want to endure the AL heat… not for me. But over all good quality for the price !! Will stay again

Coffee pot in dining area was broken, which was unfortunate. The beds are full not Queen, so be aware of that. Plenty of services around hotel, good location. Rooms are smaller than what you would expect, 4 people in one room would be crowded. We had 2 and a teenager and it was fine.

We walked into our room after checking in and there was a bed bug crawling on the curtain right infront of us. I went to the desk and requested my money back to go to another hotel and was denied a refund.

The smell of weed was strong in our room. Small pillows on the beds. Beds were comfortable though. Black mold all over the bathroom ceiling, no soap for hands and side chair was filthy. Pool chair broke when trying to adjust it, staff did not really respond to removing it, hopefully no one else gets hurt. Breakfast options are limited. Slow check in. I would not stay again, however for one night it was manageable

The room was tolerable for a night, upon entering the room there was an odor, mildew mixed with marijuana smell. The room was clean and bathroom clean. Bed was not comfortable, like sleeping on a piece of ply wood. Breakfast was nice, warm eggs, bacon, waffle maker. Would choose another hotel if traveling in the same area again.

Had to change rooms twice. First room smelled like cigarettes. 2nd room, faucet was broken. Third room was a suite but housekeeping did ok but we were so exhausted and frustrated we dealt with it. There was only 2 rolls of paper towels. Only 2 towels, housekeeping did not refresh the room nor did staff have enough towels for us to grab some clean ones for the day. My key card didnt work the 2nd day and I had to have it redone. While the hotel was clean, the pool was salty and frankly, when we are back in the already for the event again next year, my family and I will be staying at a different hotel.
