The staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable but small. I do like that the sink and hairdryer was outside of the bathroom. The breakfast was good enough to fulfill you. There is a washing machine, but the dryer was out-of-order. Overall, there weren’t any big issues and I would stay again.

issues i had was the bathroom sink would not drain. Staff try to fix but could not until next day. 2nd night started to see roaches in our room.. The power went out because of thunderstorm. Then with no power my wife could not use her oxygen machine.

Rooms were clean and in good condition. What I didn't like was the noise door is not sound proof at all. Rear exterior door leading to the rear parking lot, had tape on the door not allowing it to close shut. Making it unsafe.

You get what you pay for. Black mold on shower caulking, small square pillows, ripped carpet, musky smell in hallway and room. Rooms are not quiet, we could hear people walking in the hallways and next door to us.

The bedding was stained, blood stains ect. Our room on the 3rd floor had a hole in the ceiling from water damage. The carpet was old and nasty. The shower drained slow so I was standing in water the whole time. The shower curtain was hung low so it was sitting in a pool of water. Everywhere I looked was dusty and dirty. The lobby and elevator smelled like weed. It took 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk for checkout, and the lady was rude. Worst stay I have ever experienced. It was a last minute booking for me and we got the last available room, that’s the only reason I stayed.

Clean and friendly.

Kelley at the front desk welcomed us in at check in at night and the morning staff who manned the breakfast bar were very helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.
