Check in was easy. All of the staff were courteous and friendly. I found the hotel to be quiet and comfortable. Traveling alone I felt safe. It is in a bit of an industrial area with plenty of lighting. I saw no vagrants or sketchy characters. The room could use new curtains and paint to brighten it up. All in all it was a great stay!

Well the most important thing was the beds were comfortable the hotel is a little outdated the night time staff was not as friendly but it doesn't bother me the breakfast is okay I probably will look at some other options before going back to that Pacific hotel

The fridge was not very cold & the freezer didn’t work. The shower had rust, the towels did not smell very good. The fridge leaked from the freezer onto the floor. The breakfast was not very good. Beds were pretty comfortable & had enough covers. The carpet in the room felt quite dirty.
