The elevators were kind of gross but the room was fine. Bed was comfortable. The USB ports didn’t work in the room but there were other plugs we could use. The phone started randomly ringing in the middle of the night which was weird and slightly annoying because we had to get up early for a flight.

Stay somewhere else if you can.

There is zero soundproofing and the room above us sounded like they were having a wrestling match the first night. We complained and it quieted down a little. The second night I was awoken at midnight to loud stomping as if they were dancing. It was miserable. Half the charging ports in our room didn’t work and we had to go buy a plug just to be able to charge our devices.

Never stay again

This hotel is below a zero. 1. Ask fit room service, 5 days I was there. Never got room service one day. 2. They offer hot breakfast. Which made me absolutely sick first day. Never ate there again. 3. I’m handicap, the room was handicapped equipped just a hearing disabled doorbell that made it a handicap room. I almost slipped in the tub. When I told me they offer a towel to put into the tub. Didn’t help. 4. Noises all time of day. Really nice maintenance there.

Came from Canada for the American Rodeo. Hotel was great. Staff was excellent. The 2 girls at the front desk and the gentlemen Prince were all so friendly and helpful. The only complaint I would have to say is the rug was dirty. Looked to be blood stains on the carpet. Definitely would stay here again.

Amazing!!!!

Highly recommend this hotel. The staff were so friendly and so helpful. We were there for a concert and they offered a shuttle. So convenient so easy the shuttle drivers made us feel awesome. The price was right. Breakfast was wonderful. The location couldn’t have been better. So easy to get around to any stores you needed to this AT&T stadium or wherever. Need to stay. I definitely recommend this hotel. Definitely will come back anytime. We have anything to do here.
