Yes our room was very nice. When we arrived Benjamin went above and beyond to accommodate my mother since she’s elderly and has a hard time walking by offering to push her to the room in a wheelchair. Great customer service! We will be staying again!

TV did not work properly and informed front desk but they never sent anyone to fix it. Hours that breakfast last should be the same each day or you should inform guest that it ends at 9:00 a.m. on week days. Woman in charge of breakfast was rude and kept raising her voice that it is POSTED, IT IS POSTED, but it was not posted anywhere. As expensive as your rooms are the quality of service in general is below par. We found these issues out when our guest told us about these issues. Very clean and quiet! The only thing that we had issues with were the elevators were extremely slow and the air on each floor, outside the rooms, was hot. I would definitely come back, though.
