Well, for being a non smoking facility, somebody was smoking weed on the floor I was assigned to. A lot of weed... The front desk staff was not very pleasant and trying to get a shuttle ride to or from the airport was a challenge.

The staff was awesome. Check in was a breeze. The description of the hotel says they have airport shuttle service. The didn’t say first come first serve. I was picked up in an unmarked van. Morning hours of 7,8,and 9 no room on the “shuttle”. I have a photo of the real shuttle in front of the hotel with a flat rear tire and a side window broken out.

Great shuttle to airport

Excellent stopover on our way out of DFW. Check in was quick and easy. We were able to park our car and get shuttle to and from airport. Hotel isn't fancy, but it's clean and well priced. We would stay here again.

It was a nice comfortable stay! It was difficult to get extra towels or anything from housekeeping because no spoke English and didn’t try to understand what you were asking or didn’t care what you were asking

Looks like the hotel is not being maintained at all. The room we were assigned did not have the AC working. After multiple requests we weee assigned another room which had a blocked toilet and was in a very bad shape. Was then given another room which had untidy sheets and towels. The staff had no empathy towards customers and were totally not interested in helping or resolving the issues. Overall had a really bad experience and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

The room was clean and comfortable. It was easy access to DFW Airport. The free shuttle to the airport was very nice and appreciated. Overall I would stay here again although the price was a little more than I would have liked to have paid.
