Toilet ran over, I personally cleaned the floor and disinfected with towels provided. No compensation was offered or even mentioned by manager on duty, who just happen to be THE manager of property. Water pressure so low wife could not wash her hair. Did not offer to change room after fiasco. Had to sleep in that same room. I hope they disinfected and shampooed the carpet of the whole room since we were walking in the over flow and walking past it to carpeted area

Property itself was fine. When we checked into our room, we found the toilet seat had about fallen off, and the lighted mirror in the bathroom did not work. In our two days there, no one came to fix the problems, after we had reported it. In addition, the furniture in the lobby dining area is really dirty and worn out.

The gentleman that checked us into our room was very accommodating. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We were upgraded to a king bed with seating area. There was always someone cleaning in the common areas. The breakfast was well stocked, hot foods were kept hot, and always plenty of coffee. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. Was a great stay and I would book here again.
