Room was nice. The view was amazing (overlooking Downtown). Couple of flaws. Ordered room service breakfast and found some hairs in my breakfast tacos. Wife was disgusted and didn’t eat. I re-ordered the tacos and told them to hold the hairs and only apologies were given. Nothing else. Woke up this morning 11/30 and heard my wife yell in the restroom just to find a cockroach on the wall. I advised the staff downstairs as we were checking out to make sure this gets taken care of.

The property condition does not justify the cost- the service was at best poor- was there for a wedding- booked rooms outside the wedding block and the wedding was a 700 guest several day event- the concierge staff could not navigate and understand this and were not helpful to me or other guests who were part of the wedding block (atleast 150 guests were staying at this hotel for the wedding) Raymond one of the front desk staff was particularly rude even to his own staff

Room was nice & clean. Had a stale smell but overall fine. Neighbors were loud and woke me up around midnight our first night. Second night there was a celebration of some sort going on in the ballroom area and the music was so loud I could hear the bass over my sound machine.
