Didn’t realize the special price was for a smoking room. I never book smoking rooms. When i complained and insisted on a non smoking room i was charged $50 more. And then my next room had a moldy, non working refrigerator , so i had to move to another room next door. Not happy being treated like i was a problem.
This is a terrible place to stay. Wifi was non existent, television service was spotty. The owner was very rude at checkin. Claimed they didnt have what i had reserved. Both my wife and i are disabled and specifically wanted an wheelchair access and stand shower without tub, king bed and smoke free. We were charged extra for a double bed room with smoke smell in the room and a tub shower. $30 extra per night for a pet friendly hotel. Their free breakfast was a joke. Prepackaged sausage biscuits without an experation date on them and cereal. Pool was empty and looked as if it had been that way for years. Ice machine was in a different building and us being disabled made the walk for the ice and so called breakfast. Had i purchased the insurance i would have cancelled and went somewhere else. Didnt think i needed it after using Hotel.com for our stay in Tifton, Ga at laquinta inn by Wyndham.
The AC was ridiclously noisy all night. Kept cool but rattled loudly and kept awake. Chair and carpet were dirty. No coffee maker . Shampoo empty . Bed was were dirty

Cleaning service was outside the door at 9 am asking when we would be leaving. The people in the room next to us was loading their vehicle and they just stood at their door until they left.
The hotel is aged but has been to leaned up quite a bit. It is obvious that the owe a are doing their best to make it a good place to stay. And with multiple restaurants close by and only $15 to have a pet in the room, it is a good value. Good place to stay if you are looking for a place to sleep and not looking for the Ritz
When I went to turn down my bed at approximately 11:30p I saw that my sheets were soiled! Additionally, the shower soap holder had a bar of soap with hair on it! I slept on top of the bed and picked up the bar of soap with tissue and disposed of it in the trash can. When I went to the office the next day, the owner said I should have come down to the office right away to change the room - insinuating that the situation was somehow my fault. Additionally, she said they just hired a new cleaner.! No excuses - I'm the customer! No offer of reducing the price of the room for one night, no apology given. I won't book again!

Property itself was ok, the desk clerk at checkin at 5:30 PM ON 7/19/25 was rude and room had crumbs between sheets and hair in bathtub, obviously hadn't been cleaned.
