Ants coming out of furnace unit in 1st room. Switched to another room. Only thing available for water was scortching heat. My kids could not take showers and didnt want to switch to a 3rd room. Hot breakfast was not replenished in last hour of service.

Right away, we were impressed by the size and layout of the room! Although it was just my daughter and myself on this trip, we often travel as a family of 5 and it would easily accommodate everyone. The walls were paper thin. We could hear conversation and laughter from one neighbor and a very loud television from the neighbor on the other side. Checking in at 10:30pm, We were exhausted from spending the entire day on the road so we were able to turn on some white noise on my phone and sleep through it. If you are a light sleeper, you might not get much rest. They provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pumps in the shower however one was completely empty and the other two were mostly empty and very watered down. I found this out while anttempting to shower. I asked for individual bottles from the front desk for my daughter to use, and they kindly gave me some. The bed/pillows were very comfy! The staff was nice, but not overly friendly. Breakfast was just ok. Location was great. Right off the highway and next to gas stations. My daughter was able to swim in the morning because checkout was not until noon! She loved that. The pool was nice and heated, but there was a red ‘spill’ near the edge of the pool… maybe juice or wine? I would probably stay again if the price was as cheap, but my expectations will be lower next time.

One area that was not clean was the pull out sofa. Fortunately, we had a child sleeping there who was good to simply sleep on the couch with it covered by a sheet.
