Overall our stay was very good. The king oversized room was very comfortable and we slept well. There are some areas that need improvement. The alcoves near the elevators on the 2nd & 3rd floor near the elevators stink. Air fresheners have been placed there. They are not working. The area smells like a dirty diaper pail. Fortunately, this stink is isolated to this one area. We did not locate the outdoor pool but the indoor pool was pretty gross. The concrete needs to be painted and the water was very cloudy. There were lots of pool toys on racks & they were covered in black mold. The restaurant menu says Wed-Sun and has many breakfast options listed. This is posted outside of the restaurant and in the elevators but it was limited to a brunch. The service was great. Our room safe did not work and twice a repairman was sent in a few minutes - even after hours. The front desk staff was very efficient and friendly.

I stayed for a weekend trip, so two nights. The check in process was easy and I didn’t have any issues. The checkout process was also easy, no issues. I choose this hotel based on its proximity to the highway so I knew there would be highway noise, which you can hear in the room. My issue with the stay was the room itself. The rooms are lacking in quality and the price tag per night should be much lower than it is. My room had black mold, mildew, and water damage on the ceiling. The ceiling has cracks throughout (it’s part of the design) but this allows bugs to come through. 5 large spiders came through the cracks throughout the night so I didn’t get much sleep 😑 Silverfish also came through the cracks but I wasn’t as worried about them. The smoke detector over the bed made a staticy noise the entire time so there is either an electrical issue or it needs to be cleaned of dust or bugs. There is a restaurant on site but I didn’t try the food. No continental breakfast. I will not be staying here again. It’s not worth the money.
