This ocean-view, large, pet-friendly 1475 SF unit has been completely upgraded with new kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathrooms, and tile. Sea Fern is right on the ocean. Two large balconies - one ocean side view. 1 Covered reserved parking spot and one guest parking pass available on a first-come basis. Flat screen smart TVs throughout.

11 miles to Daytona International Speedway and Daytona Beach International Airport, Minutes to Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Museum, three blocks to the famous Sunglow Fishing Pier featuring Crabby Joe's Restaurant where you can dine on fresh seafood harvested daily. Within an hour's drive of some of the state's top attractions - Historic St. Augustine, Kennedy Space Center and Theme Park, Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios, to mention a few.
