The bathroom exhaust fan never shuts off. I asked at the front desk and was informed that the exhaust fans permanently remain on. Also the bed was the most uncomfortable bed. I was glad to see the new decor, carpet and paint.

First encounter with staff was not great. Although they could not honor my request for early check in with good reason, I felt like I had really put them out and should have known better than to ask. When I did check in, our room wasn't quite ready but the desk clerk was very polite and handled the situation well.

The hotel was great overall and super convenient to where we needed to be. It’s under renovation so you do see and feel a lot of that going on. But the room was clean and the breakfast was great. Really enjoyed that. I don’t think it’s great that they charge for parking. That sucked, but overall it’s a nice hotel.

1) Room: nothing like the pictures...I was supposedly in a "renovated room". the "desk" was a 3' diameter round table w/ two conference room type chair. 2) Loud: dogs were barking in the middle of the day in the room across the hall. Had to leave to get some peace shortly after arriving from travel when you just want to relax. 3) Hotel: under construction, hallway carpet is what ud expect at a cheap motel, not a Hampton Inn 4) Toilet: it was leaking...but that got fixed after I called the front desk.
