The hotel was nice. Our room was clean but, the air quality was not good. I woke up with a cough the next morning of our arrival. The AC control pad said the air filter needed changing. Most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I just came across one person who was rude at the desk when we first arrived. The breakfast was good. The was a good variety of hot and cold options. The pool was a salt pool and was nice. I liked that the water was warm. Overall, the location of the hotel is great. It's close to the beach and dining/shopping areas. I just don't think I'd stay at this location again.

I was here for a 3 day weekend stay for a wedding. The location is unbeatable. Just a short walk to the beach and on your way I guarantee you will find something to eat or something to buy or something to look at. The breakfast in the morning was very very good. Whenever I needed to go to the front desk whoever was working was always cheerful, helpful and inviting. The price was perfect, the front patio is full of rocking chairs if you don't want to go anywhere and just wanna sit outside and watch traffic and people go bye. It felt like home. I can't say enough about this place and I've been to a lot of hotels. If you're going to New Smyrna Beach I would say this is your spot. I will definitely go back. And while your there check out the awesome Banyan tree directly across the street and in the morning the roosters are walking all over the place over there it's quite amazing.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The hotel is a walking distance from the beach whhich is the main reason for our stay. The breakfast was ok. The kids enjoyed making their own waffles and hot chocolate, and the rest was average. But nice place overall.

I was there 3 nights and I had no maid service. They told me they only change sheets every fourth day. They did leave a bag of towels outside my room while the bed was unmade ant they dirty towels were on the floor. Bad hotel experience.

Easy to find and spacious. The only thing I was disappointed with was there wasn't orange juice or bacon at breakfast but that was very minor. Otherwise an extremely enjoyable stay.

It was the first time I have stayed at a Hampton with uncomfortable bed. And also no smart tv to watch my shows. No pen and paper in the room. Hot water maker cord didn’t reach plug unless placed on the floor. The window covering didn’t go down all the way so was super bright in the morning.

Everyone was so friendly and kind. Check in and out was a breeze. Buffet breakfast was filled with great choices. Parking is a little tough; we returned back around 1030pm from seeing a show and there were ZERO spots available in the precast small parking lot. We were a little concerned with having to park on the very narrow Flagler Avenue. We found a solution (front desk allowed us to park for the night in the 15 min load/unload spot) but this is definitely a concern if you anticipate to be returning with your vehicle probably after 7pm. Room was clean but a little dated. Wish the shower was a liiiiiitle bigger and a better, bigger shower head. Mattress was a little hard for our liking. Pillows were very flat and not supportive. I wish those could be upgraded. But overall, this was an enjoyable stay and everything was clean, we felt safe, you can walk to many restaurants and shops and the beach is a 10 min walk away. It was a good experience and would consider retuning. Special shout out to the front desk that allowed us to park in the load spot and the breakfast and housekeeping staff for their kindness.
