Bike week

There were 3 lamps in the room and only one of them worked. The toilet is about 6 inches off the floor. Price gouging because of bike week. The curtains don’t close so the street lights shined in our faces all night and we were up at 6 am Only see thru panels. No free breakfast, for the price we paid we should have got 3 meals a day.

Just ok.

Easy check in. Allows dogs and very dog friendly. They have a restaurant but no menu in rooms or even a phone in the room to call the restaurant or front desk. The room felt old, a bit dirty, the carpet felt damp, maybe they just shampooed it This place could use an update. Everyone was friendly, ended up ordering out for dinner and ate breakfast in the onsite restaurant, it was fine, coffee was nothing to write home about. It is a convenient stop for us on our journey. We paid $$$ for one night, it being a Friday and bike week caused that. Like I said, rooms need new carpet and an update. Beds were comfortable and clean.

First room we stayed in room 301 the bed when you played on it you got the box spring. After moving us the next day middle of the bed was sink in.... staff friendly bed hurt or backs

No Complimentary Breakfast / No USB Ports in rooms

The hotel was an older hotel with a fresh update but several comfort things were missing. The room had no USB ports and all the lights had rust around the bottom of the fixtures from high humidity. Even though the hotel had a small restaurant or food service, it wasn't open in the evenings nor was there a complimentary breakfast provided. For the price, at least a pack of pop tarts could have been available.

Just ok.

Just ok. Initially the TV didn’t work until we figured out that the cable box was not plugged in. However, TV remote didn’t work. Room didn’t get cleaned one day. Bed was hard. AC unit was loud. Usually don’t stay in Holiday Inns. Now I remember why.
