We have stayed previously over the past several Thanksgivings. We took a room with a kitchen, no pots or pans to cooking with, no paper towels, we had no hot water for showers in both rooms we rented. Front desk staff on Friday night was miserable and annoyed with everyone checking in.

Use to be free self parking but now charged 10.00 a night to park. Took away coffee and muffins because of renovations. New furniture is uncomfortable. Employees were pleasant. Everyone gets a beach view which is nice.

Great location on the beach! Friendly helpful staff. Room was clean and had a complete kitchen. I had left an item in the room and received an email letting me know. Thanks for a great vacation.

The place was priced lower than some after using a 3rd party booking agency but afterward was glad we didn't pay full price. Mildew smell, had a roach in our room, a/c too loud to sleep, coffee bar not open, no complimentary breakfast, had to pay to park! I could see charging those that park trailers across the street but not an additional charge for the room.
