Very disappointing for a Hampton hotel. Our mattress was old & soft. One of those where you tend to roll to the middle. The cabinet door to the refrigerator was broken & would not close properly. The wood on the bathroom door was cracked & peeling. And the electrical plugs beside the bed were so old & worn that our charging blocks wouldn’t stay plugged in. All in all, just surprised that Hilton (a brand I normally associate with quality) would permit this property to decline as it has.
