We were greeted by friendly staff upon arrival. The room was supplied with fresh towels and coffee daily. The room was clean, and the kitchen was nicely stocked and well organized. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were just the right thickness. The grounds were raked and cleaned daily. We were highly impressed with the facility and will certainly return!

The place was clean and beds comfortable. Had a quiet and nice outside area to sit and enjoy the marina and river. We enjoyed a shared kitchen area with family in the next room. Only complaint was the place smelled moldy/musty and the bathroom had no fan.

Clean rooms, beautiful location, helpful staff, great pool, grills and picnic tables right by the river. Nature lover's will be pleased. The cafe is no longer open since Hurricane Ian, but the hotel store has some snacks, so stock up on the groceries before you come. Do not lose the room key! They are very up front about the $50 charge for a lost key, and they mean it.

I love this place. I rented the same cottage as last time due to the fact the kitchen is so well equipped. Everything is SUPER CLEAN, bed is SUPER COMFORTABLE. TV is nice a large, cable channels are great. There is nothing but great things to say about this hidden gem in DeLand.
