We have always enjoyed our stay at Springhill. Always has been clean and comfortable. Great staff. This time I do have a complaint, the new sofa bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable. My son has spent many nights on them in the past. This time he got up Friday morning and could hardly move. My husband and I love the king size bed, which was very comfortable. He slept on the trundle bed the second night, said it was better, but didn't like sleeping on the floor. Guess we will have to make sure we reserve far enough in advance to get 2 queens and my husband and I will give up space. Otherwise the stay was fantastic as usual.

The room was clean and the check-in service was good.For having a "suite" though, the room was not set up for privacy and comfort. The bathroon sliding glass door reflects light in the entire sleeping area, if one gets up to use the bathroom the other is automatically wakened. Also, the petition between the couch area and the bed is also glass , so a person can not sit there and read without blasting the other person with light- not very conducive for a good night's sleep. Lastly, when we went to the pool to get in the hot tub, it was full of a dozen children. The attendant said they have a time limit when they must be out, but we did not want to get in the water after a bunch of 3-8 year old, kids were playing in it all evening. We could not imagine how much pee could be in that warm water. That could not be healthy for young kids either.
